KNG offers a 90-Day, Risk-Free Trial. If you aren't
completely satisfied with your order, please contact
us for a refund or replacement.*
Step 1.) Gather Information
If you have an item or items that needs to be
returned, please contact us prepared with the
following information:
- Invoice Number (located on the front,
right-hand corner of your invoice)
- Sales Order Number (located on the front,
right-hand corner of your invoice)
- Reason for items being returned
- The original payment details
Step 2.) Contact Us

Don't forget the fine print
- Items returned within 90 days will receive a credit or replacement less the original shipping charges, except as
noted in items 2 and 4.
- Merchandise that is returned for reasons other than quality issues will be assessed a handling fee of $8.00 per box,
unless a replacement order is being placed.
- The return process can take up to three weeks from the time you ship your return back to KNG. If we are
refunding a credit card, it may not show up on your statement for two statement cycles.
- There are no fees for returns involving KNG issues or for items returned if there is a replacement order.
