Don't forget the fine print

  1. Items returned within 90 days will receive a credit or replacement less the original shipping charges, except as noted in items 2 and 4.
  2. Merchandise that is returned for reasons other than quality issues will be assessed a handling fee of $8.00 per box, unless a replacement order is being placed.
  3. The return process can take up to three weeks from the time you ship your return back to KNG. If we are refunding a credit card, it may not show up on your statement for two statement cycles.
  4. There are no fees for returns involving KNG issues or for items returned if there is a replacement order.
