Formatting Tips for KNG Business Cards

| Each sheet contains eight business cards, 2"x3.5"each. Their full bleed format allows you to print to the edge of the card. |

| A. Open Microsoft Publisher, select "Create New Publication". B. Select "Blank Page" or "Blank Publicaton" tab. C. Select "Full Page Layout". D. Go to File/Page Setup, and set the page orientation to "Portrait". |

| 4. | Design your Business Cards | ||
| A. Place text, photos & graphics, staying within your grid lines. B. When finished, select all the objects and group them together. C. Select the group, and copy. D. Paste and move a copy into all the "cards" on your page. |

| Check your work by printing your design on plain paper. Hold the printed paper in front of the full color business card sheet to make sure the text aligns to your satisfaction. | |||
